Title says in 2027 but description says before "December 31, 2027", which is it? This might matter because:

Although descriptions says
"The current launch date is May 2027."
I believe this May 2027 date was a "no later than" date (not the usual 'NET' type dates) and this is consistent with current launch date of September 2026 in article above.

I traded on this statement: "Resolves YES if the Telescope is successfully launched before December 31, 2027."
A 2026 launch, according to my reading, should also resolve YES.
